Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of x7777x and all games, services, and features available on our platform. When you register an account, deposit funds, or place a bet, you enter into a binding agreement with x7777x. We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and we will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on your account dashboard. Your continued use of x7777x after any update means you accept the revised terms.

Who Can Play

You must meet all of the following requirements to use x7777x:

• You are at least 18 years old. We do not accept players under the legal gambling age in Bangladesh.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh and currently located within Bangladesh when you register and play.
• You are registering and playing in your own name, not on behalf of someone else.
• You have not previously closed or been banned from an x7777x account.
• You are not restricted from online gambling under any local, national, or international law.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide valid documents, we may suspend your account and withhold any winnings until verification is complete. If you are found to be underage or ineligible, your account will be closed, deposits refunded (minus any bonuses used), and winnings forfeited.

Your Account & Registration

One Account Per Person

You may only have one account on x7777x. Creating multiple accounts (also called duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we will close all accounts, confiscate any bonuses, and forfeit winnings obtained through the duplicate accounts. Only your original account will remain active, and only the original deposit amounts will be refunded.

Accurate Information Required

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name (as it appears on your National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence), date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You must update this information if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Keeping Your Account Safe

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, change your password immediately and contact our support team at [email protected]. You are liable for all activity on your account until you notify us of unauthorized access.

Account Activity & Inactivity

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for 12 consecutive months, we may classify it as dormant and charge a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50. We will notify you 30 days before applying the fee. To reactivate your account, log in and place a deposit or bet. If your balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees and you do not respond to our notifications, we may close the account after an additional 6 months.

Deposits & Payment Rules

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are usually credited within 2 minutes. If your deposit does not appear after 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Payment Method Ownership

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts (friends, family, or business accounts) will be rejected, and the funds returned to the sender (minus any transaction fees). If you have already received a bonus from a third-party deposit, the bonus will be removed, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on x7777x are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees. x7777x does not charge currency conversion fees, but we cannot control fees imposed by third parties.

Deposit Limits

We encourage responsible play. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through your account settings. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately for increases and after 24 hours for decreases. If you attempt to deposit beyond your limit, the transaction will be declined.

Withdrawals & Verification

Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal is ৳400, and the maximum daily withdrawal is ৳65,000 for VIP 1 members (higher limits apply to higher VIP tiers). Withdrawals are processed within 28 minutes once approved. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photo of your National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence. We review documents within 6 hours.

Withdrawal Method Must Match Deposit

You must withdraw to the same payment method you used to deposit. For example, if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw to the same bKash number. This policy prevents money laundering and protects your funds. If your original deposit method is no longer available, contact support to arrange an alternative withdrawal method. You may be asked to provide additional verification.

Wagering Before Withdrawal

You must wager your deposit at least once before you can withdraw. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 without a bonus, you must place at least ৳1,000 in total bets before requesting a withdrawal. This rule applies to all deposits, with or without bonuses, to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.

Withdrawal Fees

x7777x does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (bank or mobile wallet) may deduct transaction fees on their end. We cannot refund fees charged by third parties.

Bonus Terms & Wagering

Welcome Bonus Conditions

New players who make their first deposit receive a 175% bonus up to ৳6,500. To claim this bonus, you must deposit at least ৳500. The bonus is credited automatically. Before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 23 times. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳23,000 in total bets before the bonus and related winnings become withdrawable.

Games That Count Toward Wagering

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Slots and fishing games contribute 100%. Sports betting contributes 50% (a ৳100 bet counts as ৳50 toward wagering). Lottery and bingo games contribute 25%. Any bets on table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat) do not count toward bonus wagering at all.

Maximum Bet While Playing With Bonus

When you have an active bonus, you may not place a single bet larger than ৳200. If you exceed this limit, your bonus and related winnings will be forfeited, and your account may be reviewed for abuse.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and any winnings from bonuses expire 7 days after being credited to your account. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within 7 days, the bonus and all related winnings are removed from your balance. Only your original deposited funds remain.

Reload & Cashback Bonuses

Reload bonuses (29% on subsequent deposits) follow the same wagering and maximum bet rules as the welcome bonus. Daily cashback (0.7% of net losses) is credited to your account every 24 hours and has no wagering requirement. You may withdraw cashback immediately.

Bonus Abuse & Fraud

Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or exploiting software errors to gain an unfair advantage is considered bonus abuse. If we detect abuse, we will close all related accounts, confiscate bonuses, void bets, and withhold winnings. We may also ban you from future promotions.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

When you place a bet, you receive a confirmation on screen and via email (if enabled). A bet is only valid once confirmed. If a bet is placed on a game that has already started or finished, the bet is void, and your stake is refunded. If a game is abandoned or canceled before completion, all bets on that game are void and refunded.

Game Results & Disputes

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live game feeds from licensed providers. Results are final once the game round is complete. If you believe a result is incorrect, you must contact support within 14 days of the game round. After 14 days, results cannot be disputed. We will review your claim and provide a written response within 5 business days. If a technical error occurred (for example, a disconnected live stream or RNG malfunction), we will void the affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings are not paid on void bets.

Fair Play & Collusion

You may not work with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses. This includes sharing account information, coordinating bets, or using software to automate betting. If we suspect collusion or cheating, we will suspend all accounts involved, withhold funds, and investigate. Proven cheaters are banned permanently, and all funds (deposits and winnings) are forfeited.

Software & System Errors

If a game malfunctions (freezes, displays incorrect odds, or pays incorrect amounts due to a software error), all bets placed during the malfunction period are void. We will refund your stakes, but you are not entitled to any winnings that resulted from the error. If a malfunction favors the house, we will honor the correct payout.

Deposit & Loss Limits

Reality Checks

Account Suspension & Closure

You May Close Your Account Anytime

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. If you have a remaining balance, you must complete KYC verification and withdraw your funds before we close the account. If you close your account with an active bonus, the bonus is forfeited. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened.

When We May Suspend or Close Your Account

We may suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any of these terms
• You provide false information during registration or KYC verification
• You create duplicate accounts or engage in bonus abuse
• We suspect fraud, money laundering, or collusion
• You become verbally abusive or threatening toward our staff
• You are found to be underage or legally restricted from gambling

If we close your account for a terms violation, we will refund your original deposit (if no bonus was used), but winnings may be forfeited. If we close your account for fraud or illegal activity, all funds in the account are forfeited, and we may report the matter to authorities.

What Happens to Your Balance

If you request account closure, you must withdraw your balance before we close the account. If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance is frozen until the investigation concludes. If the investigation clears you, your balance is released. If the investigation finds a violation, we will refund your original deposit (minus bonuses) and forfeit any winnings.

Limitation of Liability
